Can I send a PDF by physical mail without creating an account?

Yes. You need the PDF, the sender’s address and the recipient’s address. There is no signup and no subscription: you get a quote, pay that letter, and it is mailed.

Which countries can you deliver to?

Letters to Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and United States are printed and mailed by a postal partner in that country. Other countries can receive a standard international letter; some of those routes are handled manually, with a longer delay shown in the quote.

How much does it cost to print and mail a PDF?

The price depends on the destination, the number of pages, the postal service and colour printing. You get the exact total, VAT included, before paying. A quote is free and stays valid for 24 hours.

How pricing works

Can an AI assistant use this service?

Yes. An assistant can use this website, the documented REST API or the hosted MCP server, without an account with Courio. What it can do depends on its own capabilities and permissions: many assistants cannot pay by themselves and will show you a payment link instead.

How do payments work?

You pay each letter by card on a Stripe Checkout page. Card details go to Stripe, not to us. Agents that can sign payments themselves will find the other supported method on the agents page.

Can I track my letter or get proof of mailing?

Every letter has a reference you can look up on the tracking page. Tracked and registered services add a tracking number; registered letters come with a proof of mailing, and registered letters with proof of delivery add the recipient’s acknowledgement when the postal service provides it.

Yes, to Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and United States. Registered mail with proof of delivery is available to Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, and United States. Each is sent as the destination country’s own registered-mail product.

What happens to my PDF after mailing?

It is stored privately and is never reachable at a public address. Before the quote, it is checked automatically for abusive content (threats, harassment, impersonation). Proofs of mailing and delivery are kept for 10 years.
